Dupont plate processor for automatic developing, washing, drying and stacking of plates ready for delivery to press at 72 plates per hour.

REEL STANDS
Six Roland RWK95 free standing twin arm reel splicer with automatic retentioning lockup cones for reel diameter up to 1150mm. The Unipaster splicing allows automatic reel changes at any web speed - capacity 1200kg/stand.

MAILROOM
CS95 counter-stacker capable of handling 95000 copies per hour CN25 counter-stackers capable of each handling 25000 copies per hour Topsheet Applicator By Automation (TABA) applies printed topsheet to bundles with full addressing specifications at the rate of 1 bundle every 3.5 seconds for pre-addressed mailing Muller Martini Alphaliner inserting machine for newspapers, magazines, direct mail and commercial work - insert speed of 11000 per hour.
